Prof. Dr. Mokhamad Syaom Barliana, M.Pd., M.T adalah dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Teknologi dan Kejuruan fokus di bidang Desain Arsitektur, Sejarah dan Teori Arsitektur. Prof Barli lahir di Kuningan Jawa Barat tanggal 4 Februari 1963. Beliau juga aktif dalam ikatan organisasi, yaitu bergabung dalam ikatan organisasi Asosiasi Dosen dan Guru Vokasional Indonesia (ADGVI). Ikatan Arsitek Indonesia (IAI), Ikatan Peneliti Lingkungan Binaan Indonesia (IPLBI) dan International Vocational Education and Training Association (IVETA).
